Prescription refils
If you are having difficulty getting your prescriptions refilled, you can call the doctor and get the prescription refilled on the same day. It can be challenging, and in some cases, life threatening to deal with large medical practices who have policies of 3-7 days to get medications refilled. For people who require daily medications, rest assured, you won't have to take unnecessary risks of running out of your prescription. $100

Cannabis certification
Marijuana has been recognized as medicine worldwide and many people use it to treat their health conditions. The state of Hawaii recognizes 10 diseases as well as a number of debilitating symptoms for which the use of cannabis is authorized. If you suffer from one or more of these conditions, you can be certified to use cannabis legally in Hawaii. Initial certifications are valid for 1 year and recertifications aer good for 2 years. $300

Medical Aid in Dying
The state of Hawaii enacted the Our Care, Our Choice act in 2019 which allows patients with terminal illness to receive prescription for aid in dying. This gives dying patients options to end their suffering and to be in control at the end of their life.

Office visits
A face-to-face visit with a doctor who can give you his full attention for all the time you need is a rare experience in today's world. The content of information filtered through electronic devices detracts from what you can get in a personal consultation and limits the information between you and the doctor. There are many subtle signs that can be transmitted through your breathing patterns, posture, mannerisms, smell and touch that can be used in medical treatment plans to enrich your health and well being.
$400 for first hour and $200/hour afterwards

Physical Exams
Whether you need examination for employment, school, sports, or other events, the doctor can get your paperwork completed and back to you without a lengthy waiting time.

Lab Orders
If you need to get bloodwork, drug testing, or some type of specialty labs, you can contact the doctor and get the order in your email to authorize your labwork. For people with medical insurance, great care is used to try and ensure that the labs are covered by the medical plan.

Primary care
Direct primary care gives patients more access to their physician with access to all of the above services at a flat monthly rate
